FULL STEAM AHEAD - PART 1

The first part of the story  of Frank Botrill, who was a blacksmith and an engineer. He moved to Broken Hill at the end of the 1800’s to drive and care for the big steam engines they used in the mines.

FULL STEAM AHEAD - PART 2

The story of Frank Botrill continues. Frank built the biggest and most powerful traction engine ever constructed in Australia. They called it Big Lizzie. It was fitted with his special Dreadnaught wheels so it could sit on the sand without sinking.

The conclusion of the story of Frank and Margaret Botrill and Big Lizzie. God used Big Lizzie to bring Frank and Maraget Bottrill to the Mallee. Big Lizzie prepared the land for farming but Frank and Margaret prepared people’s hearts for Jesus.
